Roles have included Head of Marketing at Universal NZ, Head of Jazz at Universal Music UK, A&R Consultancy at Decca Records, Music Consultancy at Vodafone, and CCO at SoundVault/ SyncVault. Nathan is also Chairman of Mahogany Media Group.

Jess’ professional experience has included project management, client relations, A&R and executive support across the creative sector, with particular strengths honed at SoundVault around content licensing. Highly adept in liaison with media partners and collaborators while also brimming with creative ideas, KAVE benefits greatly from Jess prowess in development and delivery of marketing strategies.

As Head of one of the UK’s select group of Dolby Atmos certified music studios, Warren’s specialist knowledge of surround audio formats ensures that KAVE’s sonic experiences will remain best-in-class.

World-leading immersive digital experience specialist Dorothy advises KAVE in curation of the best in global immersive art. Peerless as a global thought leader, speaker and creative strategist Dorothy is founder and director of Molten Immersive Art, leading an international collective of experiential artists who create large-scale, site-specific, digital immersive experiences. As an ambassador for the arts, Dorothy sits on many cultural committees and is a Founding Circle Member of the World Experience Organization (UK), a Visual Arts Committee Member of the Della Leaders Club (NYC Chapter), Director of Research – Immersive Arts for the Digital Placemaking Institute and an International Partner on the Global Science, Technology and Innovation Committee for the World Business Angels Investment Forum (Istanbul).Dorothy currently sits on the Event Concept Development team (ECD) at the Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia and is the Art Director for the NOI Vivi Arts & Music Festival in Atlanta. In 2020 she was the only Australian representative on the 'Experiential Design' judging panel for the prestigious ADC 99th Annual Awards in New York and in 2019 was awarded LinkedIn's Top Voice.
